Booking conditions

  • Reservations can be made using the reservation form on the website or via email. When your reservation is received, it will be confirmed by e-mail. Do you have a gmail or hotmail address? Also check your spam or promotion box for a reply from us. Your reservation will be confirmed when we have received 50% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining 50% must be received 14 days before your arrival date or on the day of arrival.
  • Cancellation can be accepted up to 6 weeks before your arrival date and your deposit will be refunded. If you have to cancel between the arrival date and the previous six weeks, we are forced to charge you the 2nd part of the payment.
  • We recommend that you take out travel insurance and cancellation insurance. If you are forced by unforeseen circumstances to cancel, the insurance company will refund you. However, please check your policy for full conditions.
  • Your room is available from 15.30 on the day of arrival. We would be grateful if you could advise us of your approximate time of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave the room before 11:00.
  •  You can book a treatment in the spa at the time you make your reservation. Payment can be made after the end of treatment or at departure.
  • Casa Ceedina is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of your property.while you are with us. This remains your responsibility. Obviously, you are expected to respect the property of Casa Ceedina. If you deliberately damage or misuse property of Casa Ceedina, you will be held liable.
  • All rooms and common areas are non-smoking.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at Casa Ceedina.
